The first step in the kit is the Turn Over Control Booster. This toner, or booster, is as the brand has printed in the box "a toner-booster for improving skin texture to help make vital and youthful skin by promoting turnover activity". Basically, this is supposed to be the step that allows the following products to work effectively.

Keep in mind that this Time Revolution Night Repair set is for wrinkle care and whitening (and also remember than in korean cosmetics "whitening" doesn't mean bleaching, it means brightening, evening the skin tone).


El primer paso en éste set es el Turn Over Control Booster. Éste tónico, o booster (literalmente amplificador, aumentador) es, según lo que la marca tiene impreso en la caja, "un tónico-booster revitalizante y regenerador para conseguir una piel más joven". Básicamente, lo que se supone que tiene que hacer es crear una "base" para que los siguiente productos que se apliquen sean eficaces.


Tened en cuenta que cuando las marcas surcoreanas se refieren a "whitening", literalmente blanqueador, no se refieren a blanqueadores de piel como tal, si no a "iluminadores".

After washing the face with a cleanser, I applied the Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Turn Over Control Booster on my face except in the eye area. It's a little bit tricky to get the amount right, the first times I either applied too much or too little of it. Applying too much leads to a lot of tapping required to absorb and I felt quite a bit of an uncomfortable greasy feeling. On the other hand, applying too little of it means that the "kit" won't work in its full potential.

This is a 30ml mini sized product which I think is very decent. It lasted a month using it daily. The  hard plastic bottle it's not too much of a pain because the consistency of the product makes it easy to use.

Después de lavarme la cara con un limpiador, aplicaba el Time Revolution Night Repair Turn Over Control Booster de Missha en la cara exceptuando la zona de los ojos. Creo que es un poco complicado conseguir la cantidad de producto necesario, y las primeras veces o me daba demasiado, o muy poco. El darse demasiado hace que se alargue el tiempo necesario para que se absorba y dé una sensación un tanto grasa, y el aplicar menos de lo necesario no permite a los siguientes productos "trabajar" en todo su potencial.

Éste es un producto con una mini-talla de 30ml que es bastante decente. Duró un mes utilizándolo a diario. El botecito de plástico duro no es inconveniente ya que la consistencia del producto hace fácil el usarlo.

The Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Turn Over Control Booster is a toner with a quite liquid consistency that it's not too runny. It's totally transparent and, when applied with the right amount, leaves a very refreshing feeling in the skin. 

It has a somehow flowery but chemical-y smell. It's definitely a usual smell in cosmetics, it's strong and it does transfer to the skin, which I don't have any problem with but I know some people don't like their cosmetics to smell or are sensitive to smell, so keep it in mind.

This booster makes a really noticeable difference both alone and in the way the following products are absorbed and perform. It's one of my favorite products from the kit and I'm really considering on buying the full size one.


El Time Revolution Night Repair Turn Over Control Booster de Missha es un tónico con una consistencia líquida pero no demasiado escurridiza. Es totalmente transparente y, si se aplica la cantidad de producto necesaria, proporciona una sensación refrescante en la piel.

Tiene un olor químico-floral que es bastante recurrente en cosméticos. Es bastante fuerte y se adhiere a la piel, algo con lo que no tengo problema pero sé que alguna gente no le gusta que los cosméticos huelan o son sensibles a ello, así que tenedlo en cuenta.

Éste booster definitivamente hace una diferencia notable en la piel, bien se apliquen los siguientes productos de la línea o no, además de notarse mejor los efectos de los mismos. Es uno de mis productos favoritos del set y estoy considerando el comprar el tamaño venta.
